Insight was established by Nicki Osborne in 2004 to offer a level of professionalism, in terms of sales and service, to industries and sectors that had not yet embraced the benefits of adopting such professionalism. Initially securing contracts on the back of performance based results Insight has grown from strength to strength.  Now in its’ third year of trading Insight has a team of five dedicated individuals whose pooled talents help create bespoke solutions for local or national businesses.

Can talk for Great Britain and plays a mean game of golf off 14!	15 years in leisure operations, and Research & Development. Likes the cinema with his children and a nice pair of shoes!	3 years industry experience within call centres and HR. Efficiently manages the teams' workloads with a smile. Passionate about music and singing.	Over 10 years hands-on operational experience in customer service. Enjoys sport.
